Noticeboard

 We will be upgrading out telephone system from 14th August to 16th August.  Unfortunately this may require downtime on our telephone line.  We will aim to ensure this does not happen however please note this is a possibility.

Did you know you can request prescriptions and book appointments from your computer, tablet or smart phone.  If this is something you would like to use please see reception for information regarding access. 

Patient Access is also available as an app on any smart device.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please speak to a member of staff, or lift a copy of our Complaints procedure leaflet from the Reception area.

ZERO TOLERANCE

We have a zero tolerance policy towards violent, threatening or abusive behaviour. Our staff have the right to work in an Environment free from such behaviour. If you do not respect this, we may have to call the PSNI and may have to arrange to have you removed from our Practice List
