If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please speak to a member of staff, or lift a copy of our Complaints procedure leaflet from the Reception area.

ZERO TOLERANCE

We have a zero tolerance policy towards violent, threatening or abusive behaviour. Our staff have the right to work in an Environment free from such behaviour. If you do not respect this, we may have to call the PSNI and may have to arrange to have you removed from our Practice List

Noticeboard

Please note the practice is closed on for the bank holiday on Monday 27th May.  During this time North Down & Ards GP Out of Hours will provide medical cover for emergencies only.  The practice will reopen on Tuesday 28th May at 8:30am. Please ensure that you have ordered enough medication to cover this period.
